The delegation was led by the Vice Chancellor and President of UBD, Dr Hazri Kifle, and included Assistant Vice Chancellor and Vice President (Global Engagement), Dr Joyce Teo Siew Yean, Assistant Vice Chancellor and Vice President (Industry Engagement and Enterprise Development) Dr Masairol Masri, and Dean of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education, Dr Hardimah Said.

They were welcomed by representatives of EdUHK, including President Professor John Lee Chi-Kin, Vice President (Academic) Professor May Cheng May-hung, Associate Vice President (Internationalisation) Professor Lo Sing-kai, Head of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction Professor Yan Zi, Director of Global Affairs Mr Donny Siu Koon-ming, and Associate Dean (International Engagement) of the Faculty of Education and Human Development Dr Emma Buchtel.
