  • Large LED display panels are used to replace traditional noticeboards to enhance efficiency and reduce printed materials.

Energy Conservation – Smartcard Classroom Control System

  • The Smartcard Classroom Control System (https://www.eduhk.hk/ocio/Smartcard_Classroom_Control_Sys )automatically turns on the lights and air conditioning and unlocks the door of teaching venues to enhance energy conservation.
  • The system automatically turns off the lights and air conditioning and locks the door if there is no check-in within 20 minutes of a booked session and 5 minutes after checking out.
  • The system automatically turns off the lights and air conditioning and locks the door 15 minutes after the end of a booked session if there is no subsequent booking.
