Symposium on Internationalisation: from High School to University
The Global Affairs Office held the second "Symposium on Internationalisation: from High School to University" today (7 May) which was attended by over 40 principals, administrators and counsellors from leading high schools and international schools in Asia and the Belt and Road region (including Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macao, Malaysia, mainland China, Myanmar, Nepal, Qatar, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam).
Record High Salary for EdUHK Education Graduates
According to the latest Graduate Employment Survey (GES) released by The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), 99% of the graduates from its Bachelor of Education programmes were employed or had chosen to further their studies within three months of graduation. Their average monthly salary registered a year-on-year increase of 7.1%, reaching a record high of HK$26,971.

Renewal of EdUHK’s UNESCO Chair
The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) held a ceremony today (2 May 2019) to celebrate the third appointment of the UNESCO Chair. The appointment, first awarded to EdUHK in 2011, has been renewed for another four-year term, and has been renamed the UNESCO Chair in Regional Education Development and Lifelong Learning.

A 13-member delegation from the Department of Chinese Language Studies (CHL) at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) conducted fruitful academic exchanges on Chinese language education with faculty members of Princeton University and Columbia University in USA from 25 to 30 April 2019.
