Members of public are welcome to visit the EdUHK campus, while guided campus visit is generally offered to secondary schools and organisations coordinating visits for secondary school students only. Prospective students will get to learn more about local education heritage, university campus, programmes, student life and the EdUHK’s developments.

  1. The collection of personal data is necessary in order to process and follow up on the campus visit request/enquiry you submitted via this Campus Visit Application form.
  2. The provision of your personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide sufficient information, we may not be able to provide any assistance to you.
  3. It is possible that any information submitted electronically could be observed by a third party in transit. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to you as a result of this.
  4. Information we collect about you will be handled in the strictest confidence. Data may be provided to the appropriate departments/offices of the University for administrative and academic purposes. We will not disclose any personal information provided in your request/enquiry to any external bodies or organisations unless you have been consulted or we are required to do so by law.
  5. Information provided in your request/enquiry will be removed 10 working days after the completion of your visit or upon cancellation of the visit.
  6. You have the right to request access to and correction of information about you held by us. We may charge you a fee for you to access the information.
