Academic Visit to the University of Macao

Our English Language Education team visited the University of Macao, represented by Dr. Ju Seong Lee, Dr. Maggie Qiao Shen, Dr. Pramod K. Sah, Dr. Yue Ellen Zhang, and Dr. Artem Zadorozhnyy.

We explored cutting-edge research techniques like EEG and eye-tracking and discussed their potential to enhance our projects through collaboration. Topics included language and cognition in education, socioemotional phenomena, and AI-driven teacher education. It was also great to reconnect with former colleague Dr. Chaoqun LU.

This visit marks the start of a promising partnership to boost educational research. Special thanks to Professor Barry Lee Reynolds (Progreamme Director of Master's Programme), Professor Lianghuo Fan (Dean), Professor Ming Ming Zhou (Associate Dean, Research), Professor Juan Zhang (Director, Centre for Early Childhood Education and Child Development), Professor Zhen Yuan (Associate Director, Institute of Collaborative Innovation), and Prof. Haiyan Wu (Assistant Professor, Centre for Cognitive and Brain Sciences).
