- a recent passport style photo showing a full front view of your face
- in colour, taken against a plain light-coloured background
- clear, in focus and without anything covering your face and head, and contain no other objects or people
- in JPEG or PNG file format (file extension .jpg/ .jpeg / .png) of at least 50KB and no more than 3MB in file size
- rectangular of at least 600 pixels wide and 750 pixels tall
