We are delighted to announce the upcoming 10th Conference for Research in Early Childhood Education (CRECE 2024), hosted by the Department of Early Childhood Education at The Education University of Hong Kong (Tai Po Campus).
The conference will take place on June 1, 2024, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The theme of this year's conference is "Ecologies for Development and Learning: Supporting Children to Reach Their Full Potential", aligning with Bronfenbrenner's ecological system theory, which emphasizes the impact of various ecologies on children's developmental outcomes. Our focus will be on exploring the crucial role of schools (e.g., curriculum and pedagogy) and teachers (e.g., professional development, leadership, and well-being) in fostering positive development and learning experiences for children.
CRECE 2024 aims to create an interactive platform for educators, academics, practitioners, and professionals in early childhood settings to share their valuable experiences in teaching and learning. We warmly invite representatives from schools and organizations to actively participate in this annual conference and present your work through Poster Presentation, Paper Presentation, or Symposium.
