In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of The Satir Growth Model, which incorporates the Self-esteem Kit to facilitate improved interactions with oneself and others. This model enables participants to discover their internal resources, and enhances their decision-making skills. Furthermore, the workshop will provide a practical opportunity through a case study that utilizes the tools of the Self-esteem Kit, allowing participants to make their own decisions.

Background of Speaker
Ms. TSE Siu Yin Penny is an assistant project manager at the Department of Early Childhood Education of The Education University of Hong Kong. She holds a master’s degree in counseling. Her professional expertise includes counseling, leadership training, and team building.
