This lecture will examine the significance, key characteristics, and global trends of early childhood inclusive education, with a particular focus on social inclusion as a core quality indicator. It will also explore how Educational Drama can be used to foster mutually supportive learning communities for all children. Recognising the diversity of international practices, the session will highlight the importance of effective localisation and propose a context-specific pathway for Educational Drama in China, offering a coherent framework to enhance the quality of inclusive practice.
