MBTI was developed in the 1940s, and millions of people worldwide have taken the indicator each year since its first publication in 1962. The Myers-Briggs® Types Indicator (MBTI) traces the patterns in your behaviour to one of sixteen distinct personality types. It provides a framework for self-understanding and appreciating the differences in others, strengths, tendencies, perspectives, and communication styles. You can evaluate your strengths and weaknesses in career development by using the MBTI personality type.

Ms. TSE Siu Yin Penny is an assistant project manager at the Department of Early Childhood Education of The Education University of Hong Kong. She holds a master’s degree in counseling. Her professional expertise includes counseling, leadership training, and team building.
