Select registration type: "School" or "Public“
  • School Registration opens on 11 April 2019 (Thurs), 10am.
  • Public Registration opens on 24 April 2019 (Wed), 10am.

Fill in and submit the online registration form
  • Select specific sessions for registration of Coding Workshop or Parent Seminar (if applicable)
3 
Receive confirmation email
  • “School Registration”: Successful applicants will receive an e-mail confirmation instantly. The organizer will arrange other activities for students based on the attending time of each school.
  • “Public Registration”: Successful applicants will receive an e-mail confirmation instantly. Please show the email for check-in on event day.

Points to Note
  1. 13 and 14 Jun (Thurs & Fri) is open for School Registration. 15 and 16 Jun (Sat & Sun) is open for Public Registration.

  2. After submission of registration form, a confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided (please ensure your email address is correct!). Kindly check both inbox and junk mail box.

  3. There are two types of registration:
    1. School (Open for all primary schools in Hong Kong)
      • Quota: 40 Schools (20 schools each day)
      • Expected no. of participants: 30 students, with at least 2 teachers from each school
      • Transportation subsidy: The first 40 successfully registered school can reimburse a maximum of HK$1,200 after event
    2. Public (Open for participants aged 4-12)
      • Participants must be accompanied by at least ONE parent / guardian. Due to the limited seats, only ONE parent / guardian will be allowed to attend the workshops and parent seminar with each participant.
     
  4. For registration of Coding Workshop and Parent Seminar, please select the specific sessions in the online registration form. Quotas are limited and registration is on first-come first-serve basis. Please also note the followings: ：
    1. Due to the limited quota, you can only register for ONE session of Coding Workshop and ONE session of Parent Seminar each day in maximum, so as to accommodate more participants to experience coding. Coding Workshops are experiential learning sessions, participants may need to share computer devices (including desktop PC or tablets) during workshops.
    2. Parent Seminar is held on 15 and 16 Jun only. For details, please refer to the programme timetable.
    3. Please check-in at the registration counter AT LEAST 15 MINUTES before the starting time, and arrive the workshop or seminar venue AT LEAST 5 MINUTES before
    4. In case the online registration quota is full, you can try on-site registration on the event day. If online registrants are late for more than 10 MINUTES, their quota will be released immediately for on-site participants. However, seats will not be available for on-site participants if all online registrants attend the activities on time.
    5. To redeem a micro:bit, you have to join Coding Workshop and Parent Seminar (at least one session for each) on the same day. (Due to the limited stocks, it is not guaranteed that every participant can redeem a micro:bit successfully.)
     
  5. All successful registrants are free to join other activities (including Booth Exhibition, Bouncy Castle, Inflatable Basketball and Pony, Busking, as well as School Tours) on-site, prior registration on specific session is not required. Completion of SIX booth games on the same day will be eligible for the redemption of booth game souvenir. (Due to the limited stocks, it is not guaranteed that every participant can redeem souvenirs successfully.)

  6. All activities will be conducted in Cantonese unless specified.

  7. The organizer reserves the rights of final decision under all circumstances.
