「六藝五常嘉年華」的中樂表演
exhibitions, video shows and game booths, the Carnival aimed to promote traditional Chinese culture and values and whole person education. From its establishment in 2009 to when this report was being prepared, the HKME had attracted close to 94,000 visitors to the 24 exhibitions it organised.
The Eco-garden was built on campus as part of the University’s green initiatives that also facilitated learning activities. Comprising organic farmland, aquaponic and wetland systems, rain and butter y gardens,
為 保 護 環 境，本 校 過 去 一 年 與 長 春 社 合 作，在 校 園 內 放置舊衣回收桶，鼓勵減廢。期間回收約一百八十公 斤 二 手 衣 物，部 分 捐 往 柬 埔 寨，部 分 則 用 以 在 本 地 製 成勞工手套。
二 零 一 六 年 三 月 一 日，本 校 推 出 名 為「 傳 仁• 喜 動『 糧 』心 行 動 」的 大 型 社 區 服 務 計 劃，旨 在 培 育 本 校 學 生 成 為 具 關 懷 精 神 的 未 來 領 袖 。 逾 五 百 名 員 工、 學 生 及校友參與計劃。他們利用小米智能手環，記錄於活 動推出後三星期內由運動所消耗的熱量，並將所得的 三百一十萬卡路里轉化為同等熱量的白米，捐贈予社 會上有需要的弱勢社群。
香港教育大學:促進教育及福祉的樞紐
香港教育博物館(博物館)的展覽及活動一向吸引不 少人士參觀。二零一五年六月，由博物館主辦、山東省 文物局合辦，內地多家機構協辦的展覽:「再遇孔子」 ，正 式 推 出。是 次 展 覽 結 合 教 育 及 娛 樂，以 互 動 及 導 賞 方 式，加 強 學 生 和 教 師 對 孔 子 及 其 哲 學 的 了 解。有 鑑於是次展覽的成功，博物館與五個學系及中心合 作，於 二 零 一 六 年 七 月 八 日 及 九 日 舉 辦 六 藝 五 常 嘉 年 華，藉 著 趣 味 活 動、展 覽、影 片 播 放 及 遊 戲 攤 位，推 廣中國傳統文化與價值觀以至全人教育。博物館自二 零零九年成立至本年報撰寫期間，已舉辦二十四個展 覽，吸引近九萬四千名觀眾。
