Communication is bidirectional. We believe that class teachers and front-line teachers know the students best and care for them most effectively. Therefore, when we formulate the plan, we will communicate with front-line teachers thoroughly, ask their opinions and understand the needs of students so that our plan can meet the needs of students as much as possible.
