Mingren Zhao is a professor at the College of Education of Northwest Normal
University. He got Ph. D from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and worked in
Beijing Normal University for two years. His research interests include teacher
education, curriculum development, school leadership. Recent research is
interested in the identity of teachers and principals.
