Dr Mehmet Sukru Bellibas

Dr Bellibas is currently working as an associate professor in the department of
Educational Sciences at Adiyaman University, Turkey. He received his PhD in K-12
Educational Administration from College of Education, Michigan State University,
USA in 2014. His research interests include comparative and international
educational leadership, instructional leadership and teacher professional learning.
A large proportion of his scholarly work is based on quantitative research methods
that aim to investigate the relationship between principal leadership and teacher
organizational behaviors. He received “Young Scholar Encouragement Reward”
from Educational Administration Research & Development Association in Turkey in
2017.
