Darren A. Bryant is Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Education
Policy and Leadership at the Education University of Hong Kong. His research
agenda in school leadership examines middle leadership, leader development,
and leaders’ roles in policy enactment. He has collaborated in developing and
leading pedagogical innovation by coordinating the Executive Master of Arts in
International Educational Leadership and Change, an online programme. This
work follows a 12-year career in schools as a teacher and curriculum leader.
