Claudia Llorente is a member of the UC Advanced Program in Leadership and
Management (Programa Avanzado en Dirección y Liderazgo Escolar), at the
Faculty of Education of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
She is a psychologist with a specialization in School Leadership and data
processing.
She has participated in research projects involving the use of assessment centers
for the selection and training of school leaders, and the use of simulations for the
professional development of teachers and leaders.
