An-Min Li is a professor and dean of Hsinchu Teachers College, National Tsing Hua
University, Taiwan. His research centers on leadership and organizational behavior
issues in different areas. Before working in National Tsing Hua University, he
served in National Hsinchu University of Education for teaching and doing
research over 24 years. His most recent efforts have focused on the impact of
instructional leadership on student outcomes and the practice of accountability
with empowerment of school principal instructional leadership.
