Dr Pan’s publications reflect her bountiful experiences in research, teaching, and
practice. She has authored and edited dozens of books and a good many of conference
papers, articles, and book chapters on educational leadership, school improvement,
and educational evaluation. She has launched more than a hundred research
programmes and the main concern of her studies is to transform the school into a
system of self-creation.
