International Association for Multilingual Education
The International Association for Multilingual Education (IAME) was set up in 2014. The objectives of the Association are:
a. to promote the study of multilingualism and multilingual education in Hong Kong and around the world;
b. to disseminate ideas and information, through seminars and publications and other means, on recent developments, in Hong Kong and abroad, of multilingualism and multilingual education scholarship;
c. to liaise with other scholarly associations of multilingualism and multilingual education and of other related areas of educational research, in Hong Kong and abroad; and
d. to raise funds by subscription from members and otherwise to carry out the above objectives.
The Chinese Society for Multilingualism and Multilingual Education is affiliated to the IAME.
