Students of this generation are more likely than ever to live and work in different cultures and countries. To cope with the reality of global existence, global competence is a key capacity that our students need so as to navigate the world. It is no longer a luxury but a pressing necessity to be able to harness the complexity embedded in this era. As students get to learn more about the diversity in people, they would be more reflective on who they are and more able to serve as bridges for the world. This conference aims at providing a platform to encourage our students to recognise such diversity and complexity.
