There are lots of ways in conducting service-learning activities. Have you ever thought about how we could continue to serve our society under the influence of this global pandemic? Or do you know how we could target current social issues and succeed in social innovation?
Wofoo Whole Person Development Centre from the Students Affairs Office would be organizing “Service Infinity” from 14th October to 29th October to encourage students to serve and know more about the community through a series of activities. Prizes and lucky draws would be offered! Be sure not to miss it!

- [Service Infinity series] Understanding of Community
Do you understand various social issues in our community? Social issues may seem complex, but they are very close at hand. Whether you are familiar with current social issues or you are willing to learn more, we are here sending a challenge for you!
The “Understanding of Community” Online Quizzes mainly focusing on six areas, namely poverty, ageing population, housing issues, family violence, mental health and discrimination. Through these online quizzes, we would like to encourage EdUHK students to comprehend diverse social issues, clarify fallacies and increase their awareness.

Target: All EdUHK students
How to participate: Questions would be uploaded to Instagram Story. Students could go to Story of @leadership_eduhk_sao and answer each question.
Prizes
- A small gift would be awarded to each participant.
- The top 3 students with the most correct answers and the most active 30 participants would be awarded with a Muji gift coupon.
2. Lunchtime Seminars and Evening Workshops
Lunchtime seminars and online workshops could guide you to see service-learning from different perspectives. You can also gain a basic understanding on what design thinking is and apply it in designing your community service practically. Be sure not to miss this valuable chance!
