JCSQ is viewed as a humanistic and student-centered hall with unique characteristics of the closely knitted and almost self-sufficient mini-community. With the concerted efforts of Management Team, Tutorial Team, Student Residents’ Association (SRA) and Floor Committees, JCSQ is built to be a living-learning community that provides ample opportunities for JCians to learn how to balance their priorities, obligations and opportunities which are conducive to their personal and professional growth. In the year 09-10, 'responsibility, understanding and support, commitment and respect for diversity' are chosen as themes of JCSQ.

Jockey Club Student Quarters (JCSQ) set among the country near Pak Sin Range. Supported by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, JCSQ was established in August 2001. JCSQ is viewed as a humanistic and student-centered hall with unique characteristics of the closely knitted and almost self-sufficient mini-community.
