Dear Residents of Grantham Hall,

Greetings! My name is Andy, and I am the Warden of Grantham Hall.

First and foremost, I would like to extend a warm congratulations to each of you for becoming a Granthamist. There’s a saying: "Once a Granthamist, always a Granthamist." As your Warden, I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation for all of you and to reaffirm the core values that guide our community: Respect, Integrity, and Support.

Respect is the foundation of our living environment. It is essential that we honor each other's differences and perspectives. By fostering a culture of respect, we create a safe and welcoming space for everyone.

Integrity is vital in our interactions. I encourage you to act with honesty and uphold the highest ethical standards. Let us hold ourselves accountable for our actions and ensure that our community thrives on trust and transparency.
