(Round 2) iHostel Application 2025/26 (for In-bound Exchange, New RPG, New Non-local UGC-F UG and PGDE Students)
The iHostel Application for Student Accommodation 2025/26 (Round 2) for full-time Inbound Exchange Students, new UGC-funded RPg Students, new Non-local UGC-funded Year-1 / Year-3 Undergraduate Students, and new Non-local UGC-funded Year-1 Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) Students will open from 00:00, 25 July 2025 (Friday) to 23:59, 29 July 2025 (Tuesday).
Please use your student email account to access the iHostel System on the Student Portal (Path: Portal > Stu Affairs > iHostel) and complete the online application before the aforementioned deadline. Please ensure that all the information submitted is complete, accurate, updated and true. Late applications and modifications of the submitted information will NOT be considered. Please be reminded to apply for early check-in at the student hall when you submit your online application on the iHsostel System for student accommodation if you need to arrive on campus earlier, since ad-hoc requests may not be considered.
All information about Round 2 iHostel Application for 2025/26 will be uploaded to the website of Hall Management Section of Student Affairs Office before the application period. Please read carefully the Application Guidelines and the iHostel User Guide (PDF and video demonstration) on our website before submitting your application. The application result will be announced via your EdUHK student email on 31 July 2025 (Thursday).

Recruitment of Student Hall Tutors 2025-26 for Student Halls/Quarters (1st Round)
The Student Affairs Office (SAO) is seeking passionate students who are genuinely interested in hall life and eager to serve their fellow residents. The period of appointment of Student Hall Tutors will be from 8 August 2025 (Friday) to 22 May 2026 (Friday). Selection will be based on the capabilities and relevant experience of applicants.
Interested students, please read the recruitment requirements (Attachments) and submit the completion e-certificate for two courses, including 1. Preventing Sexual Harassment on Campus and 2. Inclusive Campus and Special Educational Needs; the required reference letter and supporting documents; and complete the online application form on or before 12:00 nn, 30 May 2025 (Friday).
