Entering university is an exciting and life changing journey. You have to make decisions for yourself and manage your own finances. To avoid money worries during your university study, it is important for you to create a budget.

 

It is easy to create a budget, just with 4 simple steps:

  1. Estimate your expenses (e.g. tuition fee, academic expenses, transportation, recreation)
  2. Calculate your income and resources (e.g. savings, part-time job, Government Grant & Loan)
  3. Track your status – record your income and spending
  4. Review your budget – adjust as needed!
