Note:

1) Course fees must be paid within three days of confirmation of acceptance. Payment methods are as follows: Cross-crossed cheque – Submit in person to the department (payable to: "THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION OF HONG KONG, CHINA LIMITED"). *If the cheque is not cashed, the Association will charge an administration fee of HK$100.

3) The department will reserve some places for the men's and women's football teams of The Education University of Hong Kong. The results will be notified to all applicants by email.

4) If the applicant's application documents are insufficient or the cheque is not cashed by the scheduled date, the department reserves the right to consider the application as abandoned without further notice.

5) Once the application is accepted, the fee is non-refundable.

6) Attendance requirement: 100%.

7) Within 12 months of course completion, students are required to complete 12 hours of field practice before receiving the certificate. After applying for coach registration, you may enroll in the Hong Kong Football Association's "D" Level Coaching Course.

8) This organization reserves the right to amend the rules, and participants may not object.
