The Student Leadership Challenge®, grounded in The Leadership Challenge® Model by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, seeks to enhance students' understanding of leadership and motivate them to boost their leadership skills via the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®.
Participants will explore core concepts and practices of successful leaders through the Certificate Course. Additionally, they will obtain a 360-degree leadership assessment report from the Student Leadership Practices Inventory® (Student LPI®), providing insights into their leadership behaviour and areas for improvement.
