EdUHK Career Fair 2025: Employer Booth Exhibition Helps Students in Exploring Local and
International Job Opportunities
The Career Development Services of the Student Affairs Office successfully hosted the Employer Booth Exhibition from 4 to 7 March on the Tai Po Campus. This four-day event provided students with the opportunity to connect face-to-face with over 60 local, Mainland, and international companies, attracting more than 1,000 participants.
Event Highlights
- Networking Session: Students gained valuable insights into industry trends, corporate culture, and personal work experiences directly from company representatives
- On-site Interviews: Employers offered immediate application and interview opportunities, helping students refine their interview skills and gain practical experience
- GBA Entrepreneurship Talk: Mr. Yan Wei-chu, Deputy Director of Operations at GBA (Guangdong) I&E Incubation Base, shared insights on entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area, including supportive policies and market opportunities
- Image Enhancement Workshops: Professional portrait-taking sessions and interview makeup services helped students present their best selves during interviews
Additional Activities
The Career Fair also featured career talks and skill-enhancement workshops, covering topics such as work etiquette, government and teacher recruitment tests, and the Basic Law and National Security Law tests. It will continue until March 2025.
