學業證明文件

符合畢業要求的應屆畢業生會在通過審批流程後方可正式獲准畢業。就學證明書及成績報告表上顯示的資訊會隨畢業審批流程階段而有所不同。各位應屆畢業生應注意學業證明文件只會反映申請當刻的正式學業記錄和學籍狀態。

最後學期成績公布日期 (Grade Release Date) 後^   至 考試委員會 (BoE) 會議日期前^	顯示： 以 “is currently enrolled on the programme” 表述其學籍 不會顯示： X 學歷等級 (Award Classification) X 課程完結日期 (Programme End Date)	顯示： 以 “In Progress” 表述其學籍 不會顯示： X 學歷等級 (Award Classification) X 畢業日期 (Graduation Date)	不適用
考試委員會 (BoE) 會議日期後^ 至 教務委員會 (AB) 會議日期前^	顯示： 以 “completed the programme”  表述其學籍 課程完結日期 (Programme End Date) 不會顯示： X 學歷等級 (Award Classification)	不會顯示： X 學歷等級 (Award Classification) X 畢業日期 (Graduation Date)
教務委員會 (AB) 會議日期後^ 至 畢業日期 (Graduation Date) 前#	不適用	顯示： 學歷等級 (Award Classification) 畢業日期 (Graduation Date) 校長榮譽狀 (President’s Honour List) 或院長榮譽狀 (Dean’s Honour List) (如適用)	顯示： 以 “has successfully completed the programme” 表述其學籍 教務委員會批准日期 (AB Approval Date) 學歷等級 (Award Classification) 課程完結日期 (Programme End Date)
畢業日期 (Graduation Date) 後#	顯示： 以 “completed the programme” 表述其學籍 學歷等級 (Award Classification) 畢業日期 (Graduation Date) 課程完結日期 (Programme End Date)		不適用
