Introduction
The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) is strongly committed to assuring the quality of teaching and learning across all of its academic programmes. The University’s quality assurance (QA) policies, structures and processes monitor, assess and regulate the quality of its teaching programmes, and ensure that its programmes and courses are delivering the intended student learning outcomes and are comparable with those of peer institutions. Central to this mission is the fostering of a culture of QA and quality enhancement (QE) that suffuses the thinking and practices of all staff involved in the development and delivery of teaching programmes.
The QA and QE mechanisms apply to all award-bearing programmes offered by the University regardless of their funding mode. This website mainly introduces the University's QA and QE mechanisms governing the planning, development, monitoring and review of programmes at HKQF Level 4 and above.
