Organized by the PS department and supported by the Tin Ka Ping Education Foundation, two research cluster seminars were delivered by Prof Chen Qingrong from Nanjing Normal University on 20 Feb and 22 Feb 2019. Prof Chen shared the findings of his studies entitled “Cognitive and Neural Mechanisms of Prosody and Semantics in Classic Chinese Poems” and “Could Contextual Diversity Substitute Word Frequency in Human Visual Word Recognition?: Evidences from Category Judgement, Eye movements, and ERP”.
