- Delegates who have presented in the Conference are cordially invited to submit their full papers for inclusion into our e-proceedings. The e-proceedings will be uploaded at our Conference website in March 2010.

- The manuscript should be written in same language as for your presentation in the Conference, and adhere to our submission guidelines.

- We will also select a few quality papers and submit to refereed journals for consideration. The Conference Secretariat will inform relevant delegates about this by mid February 2010.
