The registration is closed.
The 2nd MetaACES will be held in November 28 or 29 in ICCE 2022 and the submission deadline is July 18, 2022. For more details, see MetaACES 2022@ICCE.
Registration Guidelines
• The registration fee will be waived for academic/teaching staff and students from higher education institutions or K-12 sector, and metaverse developers.
• Author registration deadline: 4 June 2022
• Non-Author registration deadline: 4 June 2022 (for academic/teaching staff and students from higher education institutions or K-12 sector, and metaverse developers only)
• The authors of accepted abstracts will need to complete the following form: Transfer of Copyright Agreement.
• Late registrations are NOT recommended and your abstract(s) will not be included in the proceedings of the Workshop.
• A registrant may have at most two abstracts published in the proceedings of the Workshop.
Registration Fees
The 1st International Workshop on Metaverse and Artificial Companions in Education and Society (MetaACES 2022) will waive the registration fees.
