胡梓颖博士

助理教授

     Giovanna Tsz Wing Wu is presently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Education University of Hong Kong. She has taught at institutions including the University of Hong Kong, the Open University of Hong Kong (currently known as Hong Kong Metropolitan University), and the City University of Hong Kong. Her area of expertise lies in the realm of Chinese literature spanning from the sixteenth to the early twentieth centuries. Her research focuses on the interplay between classical Chinese opera and fiction, formulated exegesis (commonly known as the eight-legged essays), ancient Chinese stylistics, and the cultural aspects of imperial examination.

 

     Giovanna has presented her scholarly papers at conferences worldwide, including those held in Australia, Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Her research articles have been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Tsing Hua Journal of Chinese Studies, Sino-humanitas, Chinese Studies, NTU Humanitas Taiwanica, Tang Xianzu Xuekan, and Tang Xianzu Yanjiu.
