Foreword

The theme of this Conference was "Beyond Dilemmas". Over 1,000 leading figures from Hong Kong's education community – secondary and primary school principals and vice-principals, educationalists, academic researchers, as well as education policy-makers, attended the Conference that day. They came together to discuss how school leaders could identify opportunities for development and overcome constraints in the fast-changing environment in education, while at the same time helping students, teachers and their institutions sustain growth for a brighter future. Response to the Conference was phenomenal.
