Cohorts 2 and 3 of the Certificate in Professional Development Program (PDP) on Induction for Novice Functional/Subject Heads (CWP014) commenced on January 11 and January 23, respectively, in Semester 2 of 2024-25. The programme is being held at the North Point Study Centre. Launched in 2018-19, this marks the seventh year of the programme. Initially, it operated with one cohort for the first five years. Due to high demand, the programme expanded to three cohorts in the 2023-24 academic year. To accommodate more in-service teachers, classes are held on Saturdays, with one cohort also scheduled for weekday evenings.
