a. All fees are in HK dollars and non-refundable. There will be no refund on cancellation after registration.
b. At least ONE author of accepted abstract should complete the registration by 5:00pm, 7 October 2020 (UTC +8) to ensure your abstract can be included in conference publicity. Late registrations are acceptable but your abstract may not be included in the publicity of the Conference.
c. You are highly recommended to make the Early Bird Registration by 11:59pm, 7 October 2020 (UTC +8) to enjoy a special registration rate.
d. For participants at “Student” status: Please send a proof of your valid full-time student status (e.g. student ID card or transcript that shows your name, full-time student status, valid date) to ICLT2020 Secretariat at iclt2020@eduhk.hk. The Conference will charge you registration fee at the regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.
e. Participation is not guaranteed until the full payment of the registration fee is received.
