The GCCSE has appointed two official accommodations with special rates exclusively for the overseas participants.
NOTES:
- Room allocation is on a first-come-first-served basis. If our reserved rooms are fully booked, other room reservation will be subjected to the room availability at the time of request.
- Terms and conditions for respective hotels may be different. Participants are highly recommended to read over the reservation forms carefully.

Traveling from YWCA to HKIED
Traveling from Royal Park Hotel to HKIED
- The Royal Park Hotel is five-minute walk to the Shatin MTR station. Take MTR train from Shatin station to the University station (HK$4), take the MTR station Exit B, then change to the conference shuttle bus, or taxi* (about HKD$70).
- The Royal Park Hotel is five-minute walk to the Shatin MTR station. Take MTR train from Shatin station to the Tai Po Market station (HK$5.5), then take KMB bus Service, Route No. 275 (HKD$4.5)to HKIED, or taxi* (about HKD$40).
- Take a taxi* to HKIED direct (about HKD$150).
Traveling from University MTR Station to HKIED
*There are three types of Taxis travelling different areas in Hong Kong. The Urban Taxis (Red color) operate throughout Hong Kong including the HK International airport and Hong Kong Disneyland (except Tung Chung Road and roads in south Lantau). The NT Taxis (Green color) travel within the area of the New Territories only, except some specific locations. The Lantau Taxis (Blue color) travel within the areas of Lantau Island only. The fares of Lantau Taxis are the cheapest, the fares of NT Taxis are costlier than the Lantau Taxis, and the fares of Urban Taxis are the costliest.
