The Internet and Higher Education Journal Edited by Professor Lim Cher Ping

In the latest Thomson Reuters 2014 Journal List for Social Sciences, The Internet and Higher Education Journal (http://www.journals.elsevier.com/the-internet-and-higher-education), edited by our own Professor Lim Cher Ping, has been ranked the 10th out of 224 in the Education & Educational Research category. Congratulations Prof. Lim!

The Internet and Higher Education  is a quarterly international journal devoted to addressing contemporary issues and future developments related to online learning, teaching, and administration on the Internet in post-secondary settings. It is an Elsevier publication with a 5-year impact factor of 2.903. The journal serves as a vehicle for scholarly presentation and dissemination of contributions, theoretical and applied, significantly addressing innovative uses of Internet technologies in instruction and reporting on research to demonstrate the impacts of the Internet on higher education teaching and learning. Given the various e-learning initiatives in the faculty, staff may consider the journal as a publication source to share their promising practices and lesson learnt.
