FEHD students celebrated the new semester together with the Faculty’s “FUNDAY”. During the event, they participated in various team-building activities that helped to boost their mental well-being.
Students from Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Early Childhood and Family Studies, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Heritage Education and Arts Management, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Special Education, Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Executive Management, and Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Psychology were welcomed at the FUNDAY. Through engaging activities and games, they were able to foster deep connections and gain valuable insights into topics related to mental health.
During the event, the students engaged in insightful conversations with Dr Rebecca Cheng, Associate Dean (Learning and Teaching). Dr Cheng also joined the students in the lucky draw and shared the excitement for the occasion.
The overall feedback from the participants was extremely positive. For instance, many expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to connect with students from different programmes, while also having an opportunity to develop a strong sense of belonging within the FEHD community. They also agreed that the event could help them achieve a better study-life balance.
FEHD prioritises the well-being and campus experience of our students. We strive to promote the holistic development of our students and take student learning to the NEXT LEVEL.
