We extend our congratulations to Dr. Soobin Choi on the publication of his latest article titled "Understanding the relationship between teacher collaboration and instructional clarity via teacher self-efficacy: A moderated mediation model of organizational commitment" in Teaching and Teacher Education.
This international collaborative research demonstrates that teacher collaboration enhances instructional quality through increased teacher self-efficacy, with greater improvements observed when teachers exhibit high levels of organizational commitment. These findings suggest that school leaders should not only encourage collaboration among teachers but also foster an environment where educators feel a strong commitment to their organizations in order to maximize the benefits of collaboration on teaching quality.
