Congratulations to Dr Trevor Lee for winning The Best Paper Award 2024 from the Hong Kong Sociological Association. His paper, "Beyond Conventional Metrics: Alternative Middle-Class Choices among Chinese Homeschooling Families," published in Sociology, received this accolade.

Dr Lee was presented with the award at the 25th Annual Conference of the Hong Kong Sociological Association in 2024, where local and international sociologists gathered to share insights and innovations in sociological research under the theme "Doing Sociology in the Digital Era: Challenges and Opportunities." The conference, held at Hong Kong Shue Yan University on December 7th, 2024, featured nearly 30 program sessions with over 100 presenters.
