As the world has been coming out from the pandemic with a positive outlook, we proudly launched the first face-to-face residential courses of the Master of Arts in Leading Innovative Learning Organizations (LILO) from 27 January to 1 February. Alongside our local Hong Kong school leaders and innovators, over 30 educational professionals and practitioners from 17 different locations in Mainland China travelled to Hong Kong and attended the lessons in the newly renovated Conference Centre on the EdUHK main campus. The students appreciated the learning experience in the cozy campus environment as they slowed down, reflected, and made new connections with other professionals in the education sector.
Through 6-day intensive class interactions, guest lectures, and professional networking, the LILO participants had engaging, dynamic, and rewarding experiences for the courses "Practitioner Research for Organizational Learning" and "Developing High Impact Teams" taught by Dr James Ko, Dr Junjun Chen, Dr Jiafang Lu, and Dr Miron Bhowmik.
The next LILO residential courses "Middle Leaders as Edupreneurs and Innovators" and "Leading Organizational Learning" will be conducted in mid-July. The students are looking forward to meeting one another again!
The 2023-24 admission has already started. The admission has become more competitive this year. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for admission interview starting from mid-February.
