In celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, EdUHK held a National Flag-Raising Ceremony this morning (1 October) on its Tai Po campus. The flag-raising ceremony brought together the senior management, staff and students of the University.

During the national anthem, the national flag was raised slowly and fluttered in the wind. Guests and teachers and students stood solemnly, singing the national anthem in unison, facing the national flag, offering their respects, wishing the motherland prosperity and strength, and wishing HKSAR prosperity and stability.
