The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) welcomes the reappointment of Dr David Wong Yau-kar as Council Chairman for another three-year term, with effect from 1 January 2024.
 
EdUHK President Professor John Lee Chi-Kin said, “We are delighted that Dr Wong will continue to lead the Council. As we are in full swing in preparing for the next Strategic Plan, we look forward to engaging the Council and stakeholders in setting out the roadmap, formulating key strategic areas and the way forward for the University."

Dr Wong said, “It is my honour to continue serving the University for another term. I am truly grateful for the unfailing support rendered by staff, students, alumni and friends of the University, which has propelled EdUHK to reach new levels of excellence on different fronts. I have every confidence that the University will make greater impact on society, the country and beyond."
