The University’s cyclists won one gold, three silver, and two bronze medals at the 2025 Asian Track Cycling Championships; meanwhile, the men's squash team and women's handball team won their university championships.
The elite athlete students who participated in the 2025 Asian Track Cycling Championships included Lee Sze-wing, Leung Wing-yee, Mow Ching-yin, Tso Kai-kwong, currently pursuing Bachelor of Health Education (Honours) degrees at EdUHK, and alumnus Leung Bo-yee. They also represented the Hong Kong, China cycling team, competing in various events such as the Scratch Race, Elite Elimination Race and the Elite Madison.
Lee Sze-wing’s remarkable achievements earned her a complete set of medals – one gold, three silver and one bronze – making her the standout athlete of the competition.
