You or your representatives are cordially invited to cover the Honorary Doctorate Conferment Ceremony 2024 of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) on 22 November (Friday), at which four distinguished individuals will be recognised for their remarkable contributions in advancing education and engagement to public service.

 The four award recipients (in alphabetical order of surnames) are:

• Professor Stephen J Ball, FBA, FAcSS 
• Professor Marilyn Cochran-Smith
• Professor Frederick Ma Si-hang, GBS, JP 
• The Hon Maria Tam Wai-chu, GBM, GBS, JP  

EdUHK Council Chairman Dr David Wong Yau-kar will preside over the Conferment Ceremony and EdUHK President Professor John Lee Chi-Kin will give an address. Details are as follows.

• Free shuttle coaches will pick up attendees and media representatives at the University Station (Exit B) Public Transport Interchange from 10:45 am to 11:45 am (shuttles will run every 10 to 15 minutes).
