Thank You Address by Professor Lu Jie

First of all, I must express my heartfelt gratitude to The Hong Kong Institute of Education, for bestowing upon me the honourable degree of Doctor of Education, honoris causa. This is an honour I will greatly treasure, after spending a total of 55 years in education and teaching.

Education is not only an arena that I have offered my life-long commitment, it is also my spiritual home where I have found the menaings and values of life.
