School uniforms are part of most Hong Kong people’s unforgettable memories of adolescence. To enhance the public’s understanding of the development of school uniforms in Hong Kong over the past 100 years, the Hong Kong Museum of Education is organising a first-of-its-kind exhibition on this theme. Visitors can witness changes in the approach to education from a curated collection of school uniforms across generations.

To promote STEAM education in secondary schools and universities in Hong Kong, Department of Mathematics and Information Technology at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) organised the “STEAM Education: 3D Chinese Cultural Architectural Design Competition” with the generous support of the Tin Ka Ping Foundation.

Over 100 language education experts and scholars from the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Mainland China, Macau and Hong Kong gathered today (16 November) at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) for the Third International Conference on Language Education, jointly organised by the Department of Chinese Language Studies of EdUHK and the Hong Kong Schools Music and Speech Association.

Dr Hung Keung, Associate Professor in the Department of Cultural and Creative Arts, recently received the Silver Medal at the 70th International Trade Fair “Ideas - Inventions – New Products” (iENA) in Nuremberg, Germany.

At its Congregation today (16 November), The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) conferred honorary doctorates on five distinguished individuals in recognition of their remarkable contributions to their fields in advancing education and social progress. Officiating at the ceremony was Professor Frederick Ma Si-hang, Council Chairman of EdUHK.
